A2LA recognizes the contributions of our veterans, current military members and their families for the dedication and sacrifices they have made serving in the United States Armed Forces. Veterans bring with them a strong work ethic, analytical skills, and a team-based mindset, all of which are critical to A2LA’s mission. We provide a variety of tools, resources, and benefits that allow veteran employees, as well as military spouses and active military personnel, to seamlessly transition into our organization and throughout their career.
Veterans and spouses are also able to take Veteran’s Day off every year as an additional paid holiday.

Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship Program – A2LA partners with the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program: an innovative 12-week program that provides transitioning service members and military spouses with professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. The professional development offered through the program prepares candidates for a smooth transition into meaningful civilian careers.
