The A2LA Accreditation Council (AC) is a volunteer committee composed of experienced technical and quality professionals who play a critical role in the accreditation process. The Council is responsible for reviewing completed accreditation assessment packages and rendering decisions on the accreditation status of applicant organizations. Their work supports the integrity and credibility of A2LA’s accreditation programs and helps maintain confidence in the competence of accredited organizations.

A2LA assessors are experienced industry professionals who evaluate organizations against internationally recognized standards and accreditation requirements. A2LA Technical Advisory Committees (TACs) bring together industry experts, assessors, accredited organizations, regulators, and other stakeholders to provide technical guidance on accreditation requirements and emerging industry issues. These committees help shape A2LA program requirements, review technical documents, and offer valuable insight to ensure accreditation programs remain relevant, effective, and aligned with industry needs.
