The Scale People is a company committed to bringing human connections to the very technical world of metrology. Founded 1956 by Ron Buck, The Scale People is now a third-generation family-owned small business with two NIST-trained metrologists on staff. Much like A2LA, they believe that outstanding customer service and a high degree of technical accuracy are equally foundational to everything they do. The Scale People sought accreditation for the first time in 2003, and A2LA has been their chosen accreditation body ever since.
