A2LA Today l September 2017 l Number 136
By Lauren Bisson, A2LA HR Generalist

In June 2017, A2LA was certified as a Great Place to Work (GPW). GPW gives companies around the world the ability to assess themselves based on criteria that makes a company one that employees enjoy. The trust model that GPW has built was developed through extensive research and data that was collected by surveying millions of employees and leaders across the globe. GPW is responsible for producing the annual Fortune “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, as well as a series of Great Place to Work awards including lists for Millennials, Women, Parents, Small and Medium companies.

A2LA earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees through an anonymous survey. Of the 64 surveys that were sent out, there were 57 responses with an average score of 85% in the categories of Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. Overall, the A2LA staff enjoy the line of benefits being offered, work-life balance and agree that everyone here cares about each other in and out of the workplace.

A2LA strives to create an environment in which all staff enjoy coming to work every day. We believe that creating a culture of family, friendliness and continuous improvement, allows staff to cater to their personal needs, so that they can be their best while they are at A2LA!
